Using conscious connected breath for an extended period of time we are able to quiet the prefrontal cortex of our brains (where our beliefs and mental constructs are held). When that part is calm, we can then access that deep level of understanding and insight.

It's an immersive experience I will guide you through a deep breathing session using conscious connected breath and specifically curated music that will alter your physical, emotional and mental state. Using inquiry and prompts allowing your receptivity and openness to expand. You decide the pace and intensity.
