Using a deep breathing technique known as Conscious Connected Breath, this breathwork session is designed to open the inner recesses of the mind for understanding, expansion and release. The transformation can be mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, meditative, psychedelic, difficult, easy, blissful, all the above or none. All that is needed is the ability to suspend judgement and to surrender, allowing the breath to take over, so that the outcome can unfold. By surrendering into the experience, you'll find yourself more open to greater possibilities. You decide the pace and intensity!
HOW TO PREPARE
Wear loose and comfy clothing, especially nothing that restricts the stomach, diaphragm or lungs. · Try not to eat an hour or two before a Breathwork session. However, it is best to not come hungry. Eating something light and easy to digest is preferred such as a smoothie, tea, fruit, etc. If you can, before the session stretch your body and move a little, Create your nest by bringing blankets, mats, bolsters, perhaps an eye mask, a journal and water.
