Conscious connected breathwork is a beautiful tool to take care of yourself in a gentle, loving, safe and very honest way.. Using Conscious Connected breath, each Sunday will be focused on a particular theme to explore the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the self. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to suspend judgement.
Using a deep breathing technique known as Conscious Connected Breath, this breathwork session is designed to open the inner recesses of the mind for understanding, expansion and release. The transformation can be mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, meditative, psychedelic, difficult, easy, blissful, all the above or none. All that is needed is the ability to suspend judgement and to surrender, allowing the breath to take over, so that the outcome can unfold.
